Subject : Maintenance of peace in the world – TERRAPPA's suggestion

Dear UN Secretary-General,

Please allow us, members of an association, having no other objective than to participate usefully in the general welfare of human society, to address you personally in the hope that our request will meet your most esteemed attention, before it is being sent to the authorities concerned. The future in the world seems always to be confronted to numerous obstacles and sufferings. To impart our concern without proposing any solution would be a sterile exercise.
This is why TERRAPPA has modestly reflected on and drafted a proposal which we hope will have your support before the text is submitted for examination by the various specialized commissions.
The important thing for TERRAPPA is to know whether such an initiative, proposed by some private individuals of goodwill, can be considered, totally or partly, by an international organization as huge as the UN and its numerous offices throughout the world. Also, irrespective of the consideration given to and the fate of our request, we should be most grateful if, in spite of your huge responsibilities, you could kindly inform us of your feeling on the possible acceptability of our request among the preoccupations of theUN.
Hoping that the communication channel chosen by us will not complicate the transmission of our request to you, and awaiting your response to its objective, the President and members of the committee of TERRAPPA wish to express to you, their respects and gratitude.
