1st proposal of TERRAPPA
(Against war)
Our proposal was sent to the UN Secretary-General, Mr Kofi Annan on 31 July 2006.
His response will be published on our website as well as the follow-up of our campaign
against the indifference of those people who receive our message, or their unwillingness
to fight for this cause. It is by a dedicated commitment that the hope for a better
world becomes an urgent and top priority, after a rather disappointing twentieth century.

Response received
According to a letter dated 25 August 2006, received on 11 September 2006 from New York
and most probably written by a secretary of the Information Department, bearing neither
a reference nor a signature and being in fact an acknowledgement of non-receipt, it
would seem that individual people have no right to liaise directly with the UN
without going through an official channel accepted by its administration.

We are thus seeking support to influence the system so that our claim can be considered
more favorably by this great international organization.
New request
Similarly, Mr Ban Ki-Moon, the new Secretary-General of the UN since 2007, is
requested to examine the opportunity of opening a debate on the prohibition of having
recourse to war, in order to achieve world peace.

on 28 November 2006 through the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Mauritius to
whom we convey our sincere thanks.
